Ein Neubau im Zentrum Dresdens, der Büros, Läden und Parken in einem fünfgeschossigen Stahlbetonbau zusammenführt.

At street level, a mullion-transom (post-and-bolt) façade opens the ground floor to the city, while the upper floors carry the calmer rhythm of the office frame. Role on the project

Construction planning and detailing with Eckert & Stadelmaier Architekten — accompanying the building through the delivery phase, with drawings produced in Nemetschek Allplan FT.

Structure & programme

A reinforced-concrete building of five storeys, combining lettable office space, ground-floor retail, and an underground garage — with an estimated construction cost of around €20 million.
